We take pride in wood floor restoration and throughout the years we have managed to maintain and constantly improve our quality of floor restoration services to a level of excellence. We would not allow anything less than satisfied customers and therefore we have included our service quarantee in our wood floor restoration.
Service quarantee gives you a piece of mind knowing that your floors are in professional, skillful and knowledgable hands. It also means that with FloorWorks your floors are maintained by a professional floor sanding company which prioritieses the customers satisfaction above!
Service guarantee ensures that all floorworks are performed strictly as per our quotations, which have been approved by our customers. In the unlikely event of any mismatch between your expectations and the final results of our floor restoration service, our service quarantee gives you the reassurance that we will always aim to ractify this to your satisfaction.
However, because some issues might be beyond our control, we have included some limitations to our service quarantee. For example, we reserve the right to apply limitations on wood floor restoration services on floors (not laid by us) that have been exposed to continues moisture or increased humidity that may be the reason for contraction of the floors after the restoration. Damages and losses from installation faults or structural changes, should be covered by installation supplier or property insurer.
We wish to highlight, it is difficult to estimate the life span of a lacquered or oil-based finish. It is up to the manufacturing process, texture and colour of the plank, and the most importantly how the floors are used and the traffic they take.
Exemptions & Limitation of Our Service Guarantee
Damage to the wooden floors as a result of faulty appliances causing leak(s), high air humidity or increased damp levels, which have appeared before or after the wood floor restoration, and may have been unknown by the time of service.
Sanding of timber floors, which are at the end of their usability term, including engineered wood flooring with significant wearing of its original top layer.
Gap filling on original pine floorboards or other planks without tongue-and-groove or click system.
Please note, that our guarantee is exclusively applicable to the services provided by our company. This guarantee covers only the services specified in the final work order as per the Quote, and is contingent upon full payment being received. It does not cover services or changes made by third-party organizations before or after the final quote.
